Shipping
We manufacture globally. Due to international shipping restrictions from COVID-19, shipping delays are expected (2-5 weeks). All orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be able to check your account for tracking information. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local post office also. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Currently, we only offer standar shipping from USPS.
If you do not receive your full order, no worries, it’s still on the way. We’re just running a little behind making sure your order is perfect.
Payment
Afterpay is a third-party payment service that allows you to place an order and receive your item before you pay anything. After, pay it off in 4 monthly payments.
Our site uses Square, it works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:
- Credit
- Corporate
- Debit (processed like credit)
- Prepaid
Prepaid Cards
Square can process prepaid cards bearing any of the logos above at our standard processing fees. Any remaining balance from prepaid cards will display on the receipt.
PayPal is accepted on Shopwiseguy.com. For more information on PayPal, visit https://www.paypal.com/about.
Returns

Limited refunds due to COVID-19 until further notice
1. Items must be returned within 15 days.
2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging.
3. Intimates and swimwear may not be returned.
4. Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
5. Sale or bargain items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.
6. 15% restocking fee will be charged
7. Return shipping will be paid for by customer.
To return items please go to the “order history” section under the “my account” tab. There you will find your recent orders and be able to click the “return item” button. If you have any questions regarding returns please contact our support team at Livewise@shopwiseguy.com
You will receive a unique coupon code with the amount of your order if store credit is determined to be refunded .
